Exclusivity

We host only one wedding per weekend. We allow a full day for set-up & décor, no last-minute rushing. This allows more time for you to spend with friends and family in our beautiful and tranquil town Dullstroom.

Location

We are conveniently located just 4 kilometers Dullstroom along the main road to Lydenburg. This prime location ensures easy access for your guests, making their stay comfortable and enjoyable. Whether they're traveling from near or far, they'll appreciate the accessibility and convenience our venue offers. We look forward to hosting your event!

Friday evening get together

Join us at the Coachman Restaurant this Friday evening for a delightful get-together with your guests. Conveniently in the heart of town and proudly owned by the team behind Idullies, we offer a variety of affordable menu options to suit your gathering, including braai dinners, buffets, and set menus. Let us help you create a memorable dining experience that everyone will enjoy!

Catering

Catering will only be done by Idullies.
Harvest table, Mains and Dessert are compulsory with a minimum spent of R520.00 per person. Our Menu’s offers additional items that might be added as per pricing on our Menu’s.
Children under 5 are free, Children ages 6-12 are Half price.
Starters are plated and served at the tables should a starter be selected.
Main Course can be Plated, Buffet or Family style. Additional charges apply for Family style.
Suppliers (DJ, photographer etc.) contracted to work at the Reception will be included in the total guest amount for catering purposes.
No Takeout food will be allowed.
Menu’s are confirmed 60 days prior to your wedding, final changes are possible at your final appointment.
Saturday Breakfast & Lunch available on request and will be quoted separately.

Decorations and Arrangements

The Venue will be squeaky clean and ready on Friday morning and tables moved into place according to your table placement requirements.
The Venue will be available to the bridal party from Friday at 08:00 to 17:00 to do the flowers and decorating.  
Should you bring your own table cloths, runners, under plates etc. please ensure that they are at the venue not later than Friday at 08:00 in order for the staff to do the table setting.
Scaffolding is available for hanging décor items from the roof.
By latest Monday 15:00 after the wedding all personal décor and belongings of the bridal party must be removed from the premises.
Our staff will do all the cleaning.
Idullies does not have a flower storage area, therefore all deliveries and arrangements need to be made on the Friday. The venue can be opened as early as need be to accommodate early set-up.
A full inventory of external rented décor to be supplied to Idullies. External Rented Décor to be unpacked and repacked by Bridal couple or appointed representative.

Venue Visits

Venue visits are by appointment: Monday – Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 provided that Idullies does not host a wedding.
The bride and groom party may make 2 appointments before the wedding day.


Your final visit, we suggest 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding to finalise everything for your wedding day ( payments, accommodation head count etc.)
